Wenn die letzte, hochgestellte, Ziffer immer eine 9 sein soll ist das einfach:
kopiere Dir das entsprechende Unicodezeichen (U+2079 (8313)) (z.B. aus https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Unicodebl ... te_Zeichen) und füge das in den Formatcode der Zelle ein:
0,00⁹
