you're barking up the wrong tree.
This is a German OOo user forum, you find our English sister-forum here: http://www.oooforum.org/. The're not the people to complain with either, since neither forum is in any way officially connected to the OpenOffice.org project. There is a fairly comprehensive list of user suport sites at http://support.openoffice.org/.
Complaints, insults, or even sensible suggestions for improvement go to the Issue Tracker, though: Finding and filing bugs
